In a class activity where we had to create a blogger in such short space of time, problems arose when having difficulty sigining up to google!! this cause a great deal of stress and time!!
There is accounts help tool you can use but my view is... i find it far to time consuimg to contact support for help. Google should have an alternative link for help when trying to create an account in such short amount of time!! Google sort it out!!
